I’m addicted to this dish - I do not always choose it because it’s really filling, but it is SO delicious, so I pick it whenever I need a comforting treat ♥️ thick sesame sauce, tasty soy mince, chili oil and dark Chinese vinegar, plus pak Choi and chives. I was pretty worried about this one - its description said it’s really spicy and though I love spicy food I thought it might be too much for me - yet it was one of the most delicious ramens I’ve eaten! It’s super creamy, with an addition of soy “meat”, and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna dream about it, because it was so good. Overall, I think this is my 2nd fave from Vegan Ramen Shop, right behind Spicy Miso 🔥
