Baked Lasagna with Vegan Meat Sauce

I prefer my homemade vegan lasagna. had an odd aftertaste… can’t really explain it! Wouldn’t order again.

This was very good overall. While new to seriously trying cut down on animal products this was the first vegan lasagna I've had. I would order it again, but it also did leave me wistful for my family lasagna so exactly center of the possible reviews at 3 stars for taste. Presentation was very good = 4 stars No knowledge of how nutrition was but it has forced me to answer the question... So I put exactly the middle of 3 stars. Great value. Dinner and a small lunch for under $15! No knowledge of how original this was... Being new to the scene, so exactly middle score of 3 stars, but would have preferred not to have to score for this.
