Peach Cobbler With Blueberry Ice-Cream

I think the presentation was beautiful and the dish was certainly creative but the purple ice-cream was a big no for me. It’s unfortunate because the peach cobbler had some decent flavor to it. I also think the flavor combination was odd! A vanilla ice-cream would have been better!
