VEGANThe presentation of this dish is just - wow. I really like the taste and texture. I think it is an amazing alternative and I think this should be offered everywhere. Will definitely order it again.
Ed ecco il re della serata: il tofish and chips! Non l'ho ordinato personalmente perché era troppo ma lo rimpiangeró per sempre. Una cosa così simile non l'avevo mai trovata! Non so nemmeno come hanno fatto a rendere la consistenza del tofu così simile al pesce in questo modo. Secondo me dovrebbero mettere meno patate ed evitare il purè di piselli per rendere questo piatto più facile da affrontare.
It’s quite good. The texture was so amazing and realistic, I couldn’t believe it. Also since it’s called Tofish I figured it must be made of tofu which I hate, but I couldn’t tell it was made of tofu. When I got to almost finishing the dish the tofish started to weird me out. The fish flavour started to be a little weird and too much. Also so overpriced. I wouldn’t get it again. When I go to London again I’d try something else.
Glad to have tried this though I'm not used to fishy taste.
Anyone else struggling to tap on the search results lists today? 🙄 Thankfully there was nothing subpar about this dish, in fact it was outstanding. I dragged my sister to Unity because I'd been eyeing it like forever, and this really didn't disappoint 🙂 The #beerbatter went wonderfully with the #chips and the #tartarsauce and the #peas, although oddly enough I didn't think it was the most natural complement to the surprisingly dense/firm and flavourful #tofu. Yet the quality of that tofu excuses everything; #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease, #leavethefishinthesea, and get yourself one of these 😊
