Truffle Mac & Cheese

Really good!! This was my favorite restaurant in NYC this time around ❤️

From the menu: Truffle Mac & Cheese truffle oil, breadcrumbs, seared mushrooms This was surprisingly spicy for some reason! It had a kick somewhere between "tons of black pepper" and legit capsaicin spice. Could not have eaten the whole thing myself due to spiciness (though I notoriously can't tolerate spicy food).

Was pretty tasty and savory. I'm not the hugest truffle fan, but my boyfriend liked it a lot. He said it's the best vegan Mac and cheese he has had (and he's had many lol). The service was great and the food came out fast and hot. Definitely a great vegan restaurant!!!!
