This is my go-to food order at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It can be made vegan by substituting the chicken for plant based protein and omitting the cheese. It comes with rice, black beans, avocado, lettuce, onions, and salsa. This is a flavorful and filling meal, and a good vegan fast food option.
