Tofu Benedict

Piatto buonissimo e molto abbondante! È la riproduzione delle uova alla benedict: tofu marinato e grigliato su crostoni di pane tostato, con salsa olandese e un "affettato" a scelta tra il loro bacon home made o salmone veg, io ho scelto il bacon, buonissimo! Ah, con quanche verdura fresca di contorno. Ogni ingrediente che compone il piatto è preparato alla perfezione e l'insieme è davvero appagante, sia in termini di gusto che di quantità. 🗓 agosto '24 - £ 10,50

I actually bought these Eggs (Tofu) Benedict as a make-at-home pack 🍳 They were the double portion for £8, and I just reheated everything at home like they instructed and it was as delicious as ever 🌱 100% must try!

Top: tofu benedict (bacon) Bottom: tofu royale (salmon) Massive portions, really tasty and unlike anything else you can get in Edinburgh brunch wise. The cafe in general is really inexpensive and such good quality. I’ve been making tofu benedicts at home for a while so it’s nice to finally get the option out and the hollandaise is fantastic.

AAAHHH! This was truly incredible - the tofu was grilled to perfection and cut nice and thick, the bacon was salty and tasty, the roll was toasted, the sauce was delicious! Can’t wait to eat this again 🍳🥓 Perfect for brunch, if you like rich indulgent dishes
