Quinoa Salad

Fresh salad with warm tofu piecea and a tasty dressing. Sadly 1 of only 2 vegan options (other was avocado toast) for lunch. Majority of the menu was meat and dairy heavy. The salad itself was quite filling but if you wanted something warmer / cooked then you are out of luck.
