I have been so impressed with the vegan food in Brussels! Walked past Lucifer Lives and saw someone eating this exact dish, and decided on the spot that I needed to have it! Omg it was so good. First of all, the #veganegg was so eggy, maybe the most eggy of any vegan egg I’ve had. The bagel also had the ooziest #vegancheese, tons of #caramelizedonions, a homemade ketchup, and this fat slice of #veganbacon made from seitan. Super meaty and umami! The potatoes on the side were delicious dipped in the sriracha mayo, and the side salad gave it some freshness that it truly needed. A hearty and super satisfying meal that kept me pretty full for a while! 18€

Hello dream!!! 🤩 @curtistheweirdcat and I went for brunch today in this fabulousss vegan café and had the best comfort food to soak up out hungover. I had this bagel with a scrambled egg substitute (still thinking about what it was made of, not sure, it was not 100% egg-y, but it was really sooo tasty in its own rights), #bacon , #caramelisedonion , and #vegancheddar all melted and saucy.
