The Falafel Burger

This had to be veganised. Originally comes with feta. We requested for more #hummus instead. The #falafel patty was massive, with a lovely crispy outer layer, that crumbles beautifully in your mouth once you bite into it. #burger #pickle #marinabaysands #veganise #veganisnotscary

Ordered the falafel burger ($21) sans feta and topped up $3 for a vegan bun, which is definitely on the pricier side. The overall taste profile of this burger would be tangy (the sauce that came w it was super vinegar-y haha), while the falafel itself had a rather strong minty flavour to it. Fries were definitely the highlight of the dish—there was a generous portion of it and it went extremely well w their chilli sauce (note: they don’t sweet chilli sauce but only sriracha!). Service was lovely—the staff were polite and happy to clarify anything regarding the food/ingredients. Overall a very vegan friendly place worth visiting for special occasions (bc of its price 😂)

Tried their Vegan Burger before and didn't really like it. So I asked for a veganized falafel burger! Removed greek feta, and swapped tahini with their vegan salsa verde. It's nicer than vegan burger imo! The falafel patty was like a big piece of falafel 😂. Hummus spread under the top half of the bun. Fries were very nice!! #veganized #burger
