This dish is offered in both vegan and vegetarian options, and it’s absolutely delicious. I went vegan with the scrambled tofu. The potato wedges are cooked with a lovely tomatoey sauce. Really great breakfasty lunch for me today.
If I was to criticise at all, I’d just say the amount of turmeric in the tofu scramble was maybe a little much, but I like turmeric, so no biggie.
