The bicycle thief has a few vegan options that aren’t on the menu. They offered me this pasta dish, grilled veggies, or a quinoa and squash dish. I wanted to try the pasta and they gave me an olive oil pasta with garlic and veggies. It was good but extremely simple. The veggies were basic and lightly sautéed with no seasoning, so I was a bit disappointed that this dish was lacking some basic components.
