Thai Green Vegetable Curry

#lunchontherun This is a decently good vegan Thai Green Curry. Served with brown rice 🌾 There is a good amount of veggies in here. Broccoli 🥦, carrot 🥕, okra, aubergines 🍆, French beans, potato 🥔, courgettes (zucchini), cabbage 🥬 & tofu. Some bird eye chilli 🌶️ is in this. 😋 The vegetables are not soggy, there is still a decent crunch to them. 🙂 Even though they give biodegradable cutlery and some of the take away containers are the same, they give you the meal in a plastic bag 🤦🏻‍♀️ #veganthaicurry #thaigreencurry

Happy New Year, everyone! Great tasting #Thai #greencurry. Comforting with the rice, which was likely their vegan chicken rice rice. It was stated as brown rice on the menu but they might have ran out. Plenty of veggies Went to this Privé outlet for Christmas. It’s #reviewwithaview but I didn’t manage to take pictures of the view. Very beautiful scenery but dark as it was dinner time.

Probably my pick of the three things that we ordered 🙂 The #greencurry was thick and flavourful and #spicy and creamy and comforting and every reason to trek all the way to the top floor of Jewel the next time I'm in Singapore ☺️ And look at the eclectic mix of ingredients - #broccoli #carrot #cabbage #zucchini #potato #beancurd #okra #frenchbean and a side of #brownrice. Heavenly! 😋

I craved Asian food & something hot & soupy as rain pours heavily outside. #vegan Thai Green Curry feels nice & warm. #veganisnotscary when restaurant like Prive take care of vegan community When served, it is definitely a big bowl for @veganhubby & I to share comfortably. My first sip of the curry is unfortunately… “So salty😳” I checked with the staff whether the curry is premix or made from scratch, & she replied that the chef made it from scratch. I guessed he must have added way too much salt 🧂 as a mistake, & I just left it as it is. I really love❤️ Thai Green Curry & I have to say that Prive’s misses the depth of a great bowl of Thai Green Curry. Bangkok Jam’s is still my #1️⃣

Nice big bowl However I find it too salty. The variety of vegetables could be more. I shared with my wife, their portion is big.
