Perhaps the signature item from Him Heang, though I prefer its larger cousin the 豆沙饼 😛 As far as #bakedgoods go, I think this place gives you Penang's finest ☺️ I always make a stop here if I can, and - though I may grumble about the #deathbyplastic - I probably always will 😅 #malaysianeats

Best tambun biscuits aka tau sar piah ever :’) The crust is crispy with multiple flaky layers & the filling is the perfect balanced between grainy and smooth, best eaten on the day of purchase! The fried onions gives thess babiss extra fragrance :) No preservatives added!
