Kokis – made with rice flour, coconut milk, and turmeric. This has no added sweeteners but is traditionally included with dessert. (front)
Mung Kavum – a fried dessert made with a combination of mung, rice, and rice flour and sweetened with treacle and sugar (left)
Walithalapa – a sticky "sweetmeat" made from grated coconut, rice, and kithul jaggery (back)
Urunda – ball of jaggery-sweetened pittu (steamed coconut and rice) coated in a coconut batter and fried (right)
