Mac and Cheese

So we were super excited to try out Susty’s Cafe, because it looked like a vegan pub with yummy comfort food! Honestly, we weren’t expecting the food to look too pretty, but the Mac and cheese looked super unappealing. The taste was actually good, but it tasted more like a creamy Shepard’s pie than mac and cheese. So I give them a 5 on originality, because they surely gave the mac and cheese a new spin, but I still wanted it to taste like that simple comfort food I was looking for.
