Watching this bowl being made at Spyce was utterly thrilling! The cylindrical wok-style pan was trucked robotically across an assembly line, where spices and ingredients were thrown in by mechanical arms, and then the pan was rotated at an angle to cook the food. Thrilling to watch my bowl get made without the use of human hands (for the most part)! The meal itself was colorful and organized, and had all the elements of Thai food I would expect in one place. I did not think the Thai flavors were punchy enough- I didn't get the smack of coconut and peanut that I normally expect with a Thai bowl. The meal was also perhaps not the most authentic, but hardy and fun nevertheless! I think if I were to go back again, I would not get this bowl, but I would be excited to see my dinner get cooked. #tcsveg
