Spinach & Artichoke Tofu Cream Cheese

Getting a freshly-baked bagel with tofu schmear and eating it in a nearby park is a must-do whenever I'm in NYC. Tompkins Square Bagels is perfect for that! A nice park to watch pigeons is right across the street! There's good dog watching too since there's a small dog run. We paired this spinach artichoke tofu cream cheese with an onion bagel, so there was a lot of nice allium going into this breakfast! I love how there were actually big chunks of artichoke in this spread. 🧄 🧄 🧄 Do not approach this bagel if you are a vampire! This was not only delicious but rammed full of cream cheese! It was an old school American portion of bagel to the point I could have used some extra inches on my fingers to hold it.
