Mafiosi (1/2 Salsa & 1/2 Cream)

The Pasta was Amazing! I didn't think Salsa and Coconut Cream would work together but it did and it was delicious.

Silvano's has a range of 100% vegan options to choose from. We asked the chef to recommend something for us and this is what he chose. We stopped short of licking our plates, but only just. They also have two vegan wines on the menu.

Ordered the Mafiosi with penne which had olives, artichokes (didn't really taste these but the pasta sauce was great nonetheless) , mushrooms instead of prawns and fresh chillies (not pictured, as they were on the side). The sauce was great but I could've done with more pasta as I was still a bit hungry after finishing this dish. 🌶️🍝🌶️🍝 #greyton
