Shiitake To Me roll

The shiitake to me is our favorite roll, we always get it and never get tired of it! I love how they have a separate vegan menu and introduced vegan fish and caviar, amazing all around. Their new happy hour is amazing as well. Don’t miss the vegan miso soup and the brussel sprouts appetizer, wow!

The roll thats being reviewed is the one on the top. Love thai basil. Mushroom had a great texture. Roll was a little too salty for my preference. Would have liked more of a noticable sweet potato flavor.

It's so refreshing seeing creative vegan sushi! I love mushrooms and anything tempura, so the Shiitake To Me was an obvious choice. I love the earthiness of it balanced with the freshness of the Thai basil on top.
