sfoglia alla marmellata

What a surprise to find that someone has previously reviewed here this same dish! We stopped randomly in this place in #Palermo and I asked if they had anything #vegan and we left with this #apple and #jam #pastry! It was super buttery and flaky and the apples were all sweet and juicy, but the jam was super liquid and we ate this walking and I got all covered in this liquid sugar 😂

Sorry for the bad picture but I was starving 🤣. This bar had a this nice sfoglia with jam and I also took a glass of soya milk with barley . It was really good!!!
