Buffalo Mac

The bun, mac, patty & mayo? I miss it already. I suppose I should've expected it, but I didn't care much for the amount of buffalo sauce. The sauce is good, don't get me wrong, but it can make it hard to taste the other flavors. I'd probably ask them to go light on the buffalo sauce, or remove it entirely and double up on the mayo the next time I have it. Still a 8/10 burger in my book. (Update: asked for light Buffalo sauce. I'd sell my soul for this burger now)

Pretty good sandwich overall with seitan chicken and Mac n cheese. It's kind of a fork and knife sandwich, hard to fit a bite of all the goodness in. My bf ordered the bbq sandwich similar to this and I preferred that to this, but I still enjoyed this. The seitan chicken is pretty thick, but has good buffalo flavor, pairs well with the cheesy Mac.

Pickles, buffalo chickun, Mac n cheese, and a pretzel flipping bun make the perfect mouthwatering happy combo. It's a mouth party, and you don't want to miss it. Perfect amount of sauces and yumminess. Reheats well in oven.
