Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Petunia’s Pies & Pastries Breakfast sandwich comes on a fresh baked biscuit with their house made veggie sausage patty, tofu egg, and cheddar cheese. As always, all of their bakery items are #vegan and #glutenfree . I enjoy this sandwich and have had it several times, however, my partner thinks that it’s a bit dry and could use some sort of sauce or condiment on it.
