Vegan Rainbow Roll

Okay so I don’t eat seaweed but my boyfriend swears by this roll, it has tons of kinds of vegan fish, stuffed with tofu, and comes beautifully prepared. One of many many vegan rolls, plus Thursday night is vegan night!
