to crumble it up and use it in pasta as well as mixing it with some herbs and spices to turn it into Italian sausage for pizza. And of course, it makes amazing burgers with some Follow Your Heart, Violife, Miyoko’s, Daiya, or any other vegan cheese. PRO TIP: Make sure to have at least a little oil in the pan when you cook it and keep the temperature pretty low as it tends to take on a funky flavor if the temp is too high.
