Roasted Poblano Bowl

This bowl was very fresh, tasty, and fulfilling. And also so colorful 🌈 I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

This was an amazing lunch dish. The poblano crema was very flavorful and I loved the char on the brussel sprouts. I liked that purple potatoes were used and the topping of pepitas was nice. It was a cold day and I was hoping for a really hot dish, but unfortunately it felt like it cooled a bit before it came to me, but that was my only problem with it. $12 seems like a good price for an overall beautiful dish! #veganisnotscary
