Ramen Veggie Shoyu

The new Vegan Ramen of Ro. They changed all their noodles so they're all vegan, so now you can choose not only Rice noodles but any other. The taste is awesome as always. You can Change ingredients at will, which is great (I requested extra mushrooms). The best Ramen in Oporto.

Mushroom and Shoyu broth, with Rice noodles, tofu, green onion, shimeji mushrooms, Soy Bean Sprouts, Bibimbap brocolli and nori seaweed. The broth is very smooth, noodles were not fully cooked. Not bad, but not the best Ramen i've tasted.
