This variation of their popular Sunbeam has flavorful grilled curried tofu, shiso mayo, spring mix,
blistered shishitos, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, and salt and pepper. To this I had them add 🌱-based cheese slices, marinated mushrooms, and Mama Lil’s peppers. Served on a toasted roll. The mix of savory, fresh, creamy, and 🔥 was immensely satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
