Final stop on the Fall 2020 PDX Veg Food Tour- Epif has it all! Great ambience (even in the outdoor tent eating environment), immaculate presentation, and incredibly delicious food! My new fave! #veganisnotscary

This was made with vegan eggs, vegan mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and chives, and drizzled with citrusy-pepper (ají limo) sauce. Served with a green salad. This was fantastic! It was so much better than any non-vegan quiche from our past. You absolutely will not miss chicken’s eggs or cow’s milk!
