Pumpkin Teapot Soup

Very aesthetic dish of tasty #pumpkinsoup. Creative presentation that’s usually used for tea. The sides were good as well, especially the dumpling. Only downside is that it’s very pricy for the amount.

I really liked this!!! The soup was so good and the presentation was so cute. The spring roll was crispy and fragrant. The dumpling was alright, the star of it was really the soup.

Pumpkin broth might not sounds super glamorous or particularly sexy, but this soup really stands out for me! The clear broth is a flavor bomb, rich and full of umami while still being quite light and healthy.

Pumpkin soup to be sipped like Chinese tea with dippable spring roll and clean tasting dim sum housed in a rattan basket. I had double helpings of this 😋
