Udon Noodles

This makes my top #3 Vegan dishes that I ever had. The flavor with the noodles paired so awesome.

I was so glad they let me swap rice noodles to make this dish GF. Super delicious sauce, you can really taste the truffles. This was a favorite across the table! Highly recommend.

UDON NOODLES- truffle mushroom cream, shaved black truffle $25.50. It seemed to be a popular dish there but I thought it was ok. It’s rich and creamy but a bit too heavy for me, with the sauce and the thick udon noodle. And the amount of the truffle seems to be inconsistent looking at other peoples pics. I didn’t get much☹️.

SO SO GOOD. Ugh. I loved these so much. Got the sauce all over my shirt and it was so worth it. Definitely the best thing we tried. Cannot wait to get this again. Amazing. #udon #noodles #nyc #truffle
