This truffle pizza is one of the best pizzas I've EVER eaten, both vegan and non vegan. The base is the perfect mix of crispy and chewy. The truffle and mushrooms are so flavoursome and the cheese is a great texture. Not gummy or claggy like some vegan cheese can be. It would be even better with a touch more salt and cracked black pepper but I fall asleep thinking about this pizza 🍕😍
