Pad Thai Salad

A courgette noodle salad topped with tofu and peanuts. Very fresh and healthy tasting but not one of my favourite dishes I’ve had when eating out lately. The satay sauce was nice but lacking the flavours that would make it more like a pad thai. Let down by the price, as it was almost £15! I understand it’s an independent place but it felt v steep for a salad mostly made up of courgette noodles and lots of leaves #salad #vegansalad #healthy #noodles #padthai #tofu
