Oh. Probably one of the top vegan #kwaychap this side of the island. The soup is fragrant, from various spices. The thick flat noodle is soft and silky. Some heavy chunks of tofu and and taupok in there to complete this lovely meal. #vegankwaychap #buangkok #veganhougang #veganinsingapore #sgvegan
Broth was good. They mixed the soy stuff in the broth and it was interesting. Wanna try those at mayflower - xian long and zhen xin su shi next time
Small portion for a light meal, you can choose the upsize. Kway chup broth had a nice herbal flavour. Some braised tau kwa, tau pok and tender seitan in it. I think price was around $4-$5.
Huge chunks of tofu. A rather light meal if you are not too hungry.
