I’m someone who loves banana cakes. As a result I was surprised with no mom’s
banana cakes. I would rate it a 10/10. Extremely delicious!

from nomvnom. The cake is really moist and has the perfect amount of bananas too.
10/10 would recommend it to banana cake lovers 😋
I did though was pour some of the coffee onto the banana bread as well. Added some extra flavour, it was soft, warm, lovely to eat.
Not overly sweet and made for a lovely afternoon snack.

dozen of these! They're so light and fluffy. Plus the banana flavour comes through very nicely. Makesure you request to warm it before serving. #crfsg
texture. A decent cake, but not amazing in my opinion.

fluffy texture. It literally melts in your mouth. #crfsg
of recipes. At 4.90 it’s not too expensive unlike other cakes I sometimes find elsewhere. A solid dish all in all 😃
really 💯. Being so moist, it can definitely pass of as a non vegan version and perhaps even better than most out there. Definitely something I will try again - perhaps pair it with good coffee and ice cream 😋
the cashew chunks.
It was oily and while sweet and tasty on the first few bites, the oiliness came through, affecting the texture. It was a thicker oil variety which pulled the cake down.
This is a far segway away from the original banana cakes which are soft yet fluffy and leave a pleasnt sweetness as an aftertaste.
for a vegan version, the moist level and natural flavour makes this a good snack for less guilt. Hah.
