Lemon Chickpea Orzo Soup

Not the most beautiful photo but this was outstanding! So fresh and warming. The trick for me was to add hot water and heat in a pot. The portion was so generous I got two full meals out of it! #greyton

Probably the 1st Niche meal that was not to my taste. The texture and thickness was great, but it was too rich and lemony to eat as a full meal.
