Vegan Basket

Found this cute place in Parkhurst, Johannesburg. They have a few vegan dishes. I had the vegan basket! Not a fan of the bread being in a basket shape only cos I’m a clumsy eater and can’t manoeuvre little cups but it was super cute & flavours were all NICE (on 4th 😉)🌱🙌🏼💛

2 delicious toast baskets filled with herbed scrambled tofu, mushrooms, basil tomato relish, avocado & rocket. Came with yummy chilli on the side.

I used to love the egg baskets so I was thrilled to see this vegan option. Comparable to the non-vegan dishes in price but so delicious and flavourful. Definitely a new breakfast favourite.

Really bad photo but forgot to take one before cutting it open. A bread basket with Tofu, mushrooms, tomato and normally avo (which I left off). The tofu was a bit bland and I probably wouldn’t order again. #veganisnotscary

I was pleasantly surprised when this dish arrived. was expecting fried goods in a basket... this was cute and healthy!
