Mushroom Marinara Sub

This consisted of panko and 🌱-based parmesan crusted portabello mushrooms, marinara, melty Follow Your Heart mozzarella, and fresh basil on a hoagie. With delicious and ingenious portabello meatballs that were crispy outside and tender inside, it was hearty and satisfying.
