Mud fudge

Love this vegan cake!! Taste wise, it’s amazing for a vegan cake and I really recommend this!!

$60 for a whole 5” cake, enough for 8-10 small slices for my family! got this for my grandfather with diabetes hehe. they recommend microwaving the slices of cake after cutting for about 20-30s and it does make a difference! we had the cake at room temp and honestly the sponge was a bit dry and crumbly, with the frosting feeling like half melted, thick chocolate. was also a bit too sweet for us tbh! they use diabetic friendly sugar so it was alright but a bit sweet. it was really nice and chocolatey though! most importantly my grandfather could enjoy this happily and guilt-free :D kept some for the next day and microwaved it, and idk what I was expecting but the whole cake just turned into like a blob HAHAHAH you know how lava cakes are usually lava in cake? this was like cake in a lava HAHAHAHA it became like 3 small pieces of cake sitting in a pool of melted chocolate oops. but the cake was a lot fluffier and moist, so that was great! the frosting literally became melted chocolate - very chocolatey but also a bit too sweet tbh #veganuary

The chocolate is very good but somehow I feel that their sponge part ‘disintegrates’ too easily. ):

Now this is rich! Dense and really chocolatey. Such an amazing experience just sinking my fangs in!
