Good morning healing earth

This didn’t look super awesome as take out but it was really tasty. There’s a bunch of veggies and tofu with hash browns and sauce. The hash browns were actually kind of overly salty and I think next time I would go with the scrambled tofu instead of the fried to make it healthier. Plus comes with toast or tortillas. This place has a ton of vegan options to choose from and I appreciate the take out containers are compostable.

Wonderful vegan breakfast. The potatoes and beets were simply perfect. Paired with sourdough and oat milk vanilla Latte.
