Miso Ramen

The miso was quite mild and the ramen was a little soft after being in the soup for sometime.

Smooth and springy ramen in an elegant miso broth.

The soup was light and lovely. Great that they’ve chucked in a lot of veggies. Texture of the noodles was amazing.

Just the right amount of ingredients, great dish to have on cool rainy day. Noodle portion is quite generous.

This was so-so. The ramen’s texture was pretty good. But I found the soup lacking.
