Hungarian Lentil Stew With Marinated Vegetables

This dish was part of the weekly menu (there is no 'a la carte' until 3pm, I think). Everything about this was just so good! The taste, the texture that the sprouts and roasted onions gave it, the price (I don't know the exact price, but we had 5 menus - 2 dishes each - and it was like 35 bucks or so, which would put the lentils at about 4 bucks, I suppose), just an amazing dish! And lentils are very healthy too, so that is another plus!
