Blueberry Yoghurt Cake

I could not ask for a better birthday cake from my man than this vegan blueberry yoghurt cake he surprised me with. This cake consists of the lower vegan cheese layer and the upper vegan blueberry yoghurt layer; topped with blueberries; garnished with dried orange slices and mint leaves; and coated in crust like a warm hug. The ingredients give a nice combination of the different tastes: sweet, sour and savoury (from the crust). It's perfect for those who love blueberries (for that blueberry bite pop), cheese cakes, yoghurt and pastries. The combo works.

This tastes exactly like dairy cheesecake but without the dairy! Its creaminess, tartness and sweetness is very well balanced, it’s a must try when visiting Loving Cafe !! 😋
