Best vegan sandwich ever. With layers of cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, hummus and a side of chips and salad.

Probably the largest sandwich I’ve ever had! It was full of roasted brussle sprouts, curried cauliflower, greens, hummus and avocado spread. Seasonal fresh food and very satisfying. #veganisnotscary
