Falafel Sandwich

I was really craving this for some reason even though I've had it before and I thought it could use more fillings. The fillings that it does have though are really nice. The falafel is fresh and I like the butternut and cauliflower. If it was saucier/ had more filling I would like it more! Halfway through you're basically just left with the pita. But it is pretty affordable for a lunch option!

My first time trying this dish 😋🥪🧆🌱 Absolutely delicious. Would definitely try again 💯 that white/beige sauce u see on top is soo delicious also the falafels are delish eventhough I'm not a falafel fan but on this one they were fantastic 🔥🎉🎊 And u know I always love fresh parsley on top.
