
This toast was called Leo and had smashed avacado with rocket leaves and balsamic vinegar. Delicious!
You can choose to 50/50 your gourmet toast and choose two different toasts instead of one. I chose ‘Einstein’, which was topped with homemade nutella, strawberries, coconut nectar and sweet dukkah. My second toast was ‘Gandhi’, which was mashed pumpkin, pesto, cherry tomatoes (if they’ve run out of sundries tomatoes), rocket leaves and sweet Chili. I loved them both. Nothing came out of a bottle and everything is made on site, so every tastes fresh. Their pumpkin and Nutella base were both delicious... I’d go back to the Nutella any day! Also their gluten free bread doesn’t taste like a compromise which is something I was happy about. #jaan
