vegan scramble

I would think much of this is locally sourced and organic.,it’s on Hawthorne in Portland. Very tasty and hearty; a bed of hashbrowns with just enough crisp and crunch, zucchini’s and spinach, cauliflower and baked tofu with a vegan aioli, sourdough bread. I can eat and this was filling, even if I hadn’t started with a third of an order of French toast sticks, also vegan but no photo:(

Classic American breakfast but with vegan options! Loved the tofu scramble and French toast, but the hot chocolate could be chocolatier.

This breakfast came with scrambled tofu, roasted cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini and tarragon aioli. Very tasty. I love all the veggies in the scramble. It was a great price at only $12 too. #breakfast #Portland #brunch #tofuscramble
