Impossible burger

It’s called “Truffled Mushroom Swiss burger” on the menu. Choose the #impossiblemeat for this to be vegan. Well balanced burger where the #trufflemayo shines through. The sides of #fries and #mesclun were great as well. We shared this burger and everyone thought it was the best thing we ordered. For anyone keen to visit Singapore, Botanic Gardens is the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in Singapore. This Privé outlet is located in beautiful nature. It was okay! Portion size was good and it was cooked well - however the taste definitely could’ve been improved as I’ve had much better impossible burgers - but it could also be because I prefer plant based food as opposed to meat substitutes ~
