Hot Battered Mushrooms

so good!!! what's not to like? some of my favorite foodgroups #mushroomlover, #caramelizedonions #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease they came out hot, tasted great alone, or dipped in the dahl, the onions were caramelized almost to the point of crunchy 😋 the server said the portions were small and served tapas style so most people order three or four items. i was so full with three. i haven't checked it out but they have recipes on their website: https://www.thecoconut-tree.com/recipes/ #tapas #whatveganseat i included a shot of their cocktails. i didnt have any but they sounded good.

These were so, so tasty and moreish! Mini mushrooms with a batter made from polenta, topped with lemon and the most delicious spicy caramelised onion. Seriously the sweet salty onion topping was to die for! Really nice dish and great for sharing #mushroom #mushrooms #mushroomlover
