Nice and healthy bowl. Delicious and so filling! Not a big fan of the ‘meaty’ patty but goes well with the combo.
Mixed grains, impossible patty, roasted pumpkin and Brussel sprouts. Etc. Nice sauces and a good hearty combo. Big portion.
I wanted to eat something healthier today as I always just eat vegan burgers. This Salad definitely had the healthy feel I was seeking. The carrots, seed mix and lettuces gives it a very nice crunch. The cucumber and tomato salad gives it an interesting tangy flavor that I’m obsessed with. The dips ( Red Pepper and Green Pesto) gives it a slight burst of flavor and the impossible patties definitely taste like meat which is amazing. The quinoa is just a healthy substitute to grains :) I’m not a big fan of the Brussel sprouts but they’re not bad. (Mainly cus I hate Brussel sprouts) Also I’m not a fan of the pumpkin. I liked it last time but it was off today and I can’t put my finger on it. Tip: I’d recommend eating everything mixed together rather than eating the individual elements as everything sorts of complements each other imo. It seems like this is common sense but I started eating it individually first
